Welcome to Yoni’s Kosher Jerky. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

General Use

• All products sold by Yoni’s Kosher Jerky are for personal consumption only and not for resale without prior written consent.

• Prices, product availability, and promotions are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

• These Terms & Conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or purchase of our products constitutes acceptance of the most recent version.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Orders & Payments

• Orders are considered final once payment has been processed.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at the time of purchase. We are not liable for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Domestic Orders (United States)

• Once an order has been shipped, ownership and responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

• If the postal service or delivery carrier is unable or unwilling to deliver the package and instead requests the customer to pick it up at their local facility, Yoni’s Kosher Jerky is not responsible for retrieving the package on the customer’s behalf.

• We have fulfilled our obligations once the package has been shipped and tracking information provided.

International Orders

• For international shipments, the same conditions apply as with domestic orders, but customers should be aware that additional risks, delays, and fees may occur. These include but are not limited to customs clearance, import duties, local taxes, and postal service policies in the destination country.

• Yoni’s Kosher Jerky is not responsible for any international package held, delayed, or returned by customs authorities.

• If the local postal service requires the customer to pick up the package, it is the customer’s responsibility to comply. We are not liable for uncollected packages.

Refunds & Returns

• Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds or replacements are only offered in cases of defective or damaged products that are reported within 72 hours of delivery confirmation.

• We may require photo proof before issuing a resolution.

Allergies & Ingredients

• Every jerky flavor is unique and may contain different ingredients. Customers with allergies or sensitivities must address us with all concerns prior to placing an order.

• Yoni’s Kosher Jerky is not liable for any allergic reactions unless the customer contacted us in advance requesting allergy warnings for certain flavors and we failed to provide accurate information with documented evidence.

• If a customer does not contact us before purchasing, they assume full responsibility for any allergic reactions or sensitivities that may occur.

Seasonal Flavors

• Yoni’s Kosher Jerky offers limited-time, seasonal flavors throughout the year. These seasonal releases may not have the same packaging quality or consistency as our main nine flavors.

• Our main nine flavors include (but are not limited to): Spicy BBQ, Smoky BBQ, Golden BBQ, Honey BBQ, Yoni’s Signature, Memphis Sweet, Juicy Bourbon, Smoked Maple, and Honey Sriracha.

• Seasonal flavors are produced in small batches and are offered “as is.” Packaging and presentation may vary.

Limitation of Liability

• Yoni’s Kosher Jerky is not liable for delays, damages, or non-delivery caused by postal services, customs agencies, natural disasters, or any third-party carriers.

• Our responsibility ends once the package is shipped from our facility.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
