Terms & Conditions for Subscriptions
1.) Subscription Overview:
Yoni’s Kosher Jerky offers monthly subscription boxes that include a set number of jerky products based on the tier you select. Subscribers are able to choose any flavors from our 9 regular flavors and 2 rotating seasonal flavors, in any available sizes, per month.
Subscriptions automatically renew each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to renewal.
2.) Monthly Billing & Charges:
Transaction Fee:
A 3.5% transaction fee may be added to the subscription charge each month to cover processing costs.
Billing Date Policy:
Your subscription will be charged one (1) day before your selected monthly subscription start date.
For example:
If you prefer to be charged on the 15th of each month, your official subscription start date should be set to the 16th.
This billing structure ensures your payment processes successfully before we begin preparing and packaging your customized order.
3.) Payment Issues & Declined Cards
If your payment method is declined for any reason, the following conditions apply:
Your subscription order may be placed on hold.
You may not receive your package on time for that cycle.
Yoni’s Kosher Jerky is not responsible for delayed or missed shipments caused by declined or failed payments.
We will attempt to notify you via a warning email so you can update your payment method.
Your order will be processed once payment is successfully completed.
4.) Shipping & Delivery Liability
Once a package has been shipped and a tracking number is provided, Yoni’s Kosher Jerky is not liable for any issues caused by the carrier, including delays, damage, or misrouting.
If the postal service or courier denies delivery of your package for any reason, including but not limited to:
incorrect or incomplete address
customer unavailable to receive
package held at facility
package marked “return to sender”
recipient refusal
…the customer is fully responsible for retrieving the package from the postal service or carrier location.
Yoni’s Kosher Jerky is not responsible for delivery failures once the package is in the possession of the carrier.
5.) Customization Policy (Flavors & Sizes)
Subscribers may customize their subscription box each month by selecting their preferred flavors and bag sizes from our available options. These selections must be submitted to Yoni’s Kosher Jerky via email or Phone Call before the monthly preparation period begins.
If a customer does not email us with their specific flavor and size preferences for that month, Yoni’s Kosher Jerky will fulfill the order by providing a curated variety pack chosen at our discretion. The selection will match the subscriber’s tier in value and quantity but may include any flavors or sizes available at the time of packing.
Supply Limitations & Shortages
At times, certain flavors or sizes may experience limited availability due to high demand or supply constraints. In such cases:
Yoni’s Kosher Jerky will notify the customer via email about the shortage.
The customer will be asked to provide substitution choices for the unavailable items.
If the customer does not reply, or does not respond in time, Yoni’s Kosher Jerky will make substitutions at our discretion, ensuring equal or greater value is provided.
Our goal is to always deliver a high-quality product while being transparent about any temporary inventory limitations.
If certain items are unavailable due to inventory limitations, Yoni’s Kosher Jerky reserves the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value.
6.) Refund & Cancellation Policy
Subscription charges are non-refundable once processed, as inventory preparation begins immediately after payment.
Subscribers may cancel anytime, but cancellations apply to future shipments only, not the current active billing cycle.
7.) Communication
By subscribing, you agree to receive transactional emails regarding:
billing updates
payment issues
shipping notifications
subscription reminders
flavor selection deadlines
8.) Program Changes
Yoni’s Kosher Jerky reserves the right to update subscription pricing, program structure, flavor availability, or these Terms & Conditions at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any major changes in advance.
9.) Acceptance of Terms
Subscriber Information Storage & Privacy:
By enrolling in the Yoni’s Kosher Jerky subscription program, the subscriber agrees that Yoni’s Kosher Jerky may securely store the following information for billing, delivery, and communication purposes:
Credit card information (Card Number, CVV, and Expiration Date)
Billing Address
Delivery Address
Phone Number
Email Address
All stored information will be kept confidential and secure. Yoni’s Kosher Jerky will never sell or disclose subscriber information to third parties, except as required for payment processing or shipping fulfillment.
Subscriber information will only be used for:
Processing subscription payments
Shipping and delivery coordination
Contacting the subscriber regarding orders or account issues
Sending marketing, promotional offers, and updates related to Yoni’s Kosher Jerky
By subscribing, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the secure storage and internal use of their information for these purposes.
